Description Established Courier Company based in Kempton Park is looking to secure the services of a highly motivated, experienced Customer Experience Agent (CXA). Min Requirements: Gr 12 Minimum 3 years’ experience Comprehensive knowledge of the Courier and Warehousing Industry (domestic & international) Must reside in or near the Kempton Park area Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license Skills: Strong administration Analytical & mathematical Great organisational & time management skills Good interpersonal skills Excellent telephone etiquette – well spoken with good telephone voice Excellent client & negotiation skills Be able to solve problems & find practical solutions Good verbal & written communication skills Able to work independently Excellent geographical knowledge of Southern Africa Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Superior knowledge on Shiplogic or similar software packages Please send your resume/CV
