Customer Surveyor

We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Customer Surveyor to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role that requires good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend allocated addresses and engage with homeowners to discuss the lead replacement scheme that is available.

Conduct property assessments including taking photographs and recording key measurements.

Assess and recommend suitable traffic management plans for each location.

Carry out pressure and flow tests; potentially perform meter swaps when required.

Provide accurate field reports and communicate findings to the wider team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to various sites.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
