Fraud Activity Agent French & English Speaker (Full-Time, Valencia)
Join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting customer trust and ensuring operational integrity. As a Fraud Activity Agent, you'll play a key role in investigating suspicious activity, verifying documentation, and resolving cases with precision and empathy.
What You'll Do
Initiate and manage investigations on suspected fraud cases using internal tools and macros
Collect and verify customer documentation to confirm or dismiss fraud
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution within defined case timelines
Escalate or de-escalate tickets based on documentation status and procedural guidelines
Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements
What You Bring
Proficiency in French (bilingual or native) and advanced English
Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, adaptability
Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide root-cause insights
Familiarity with CRM systems, parcel tracking tools, and OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows)
Initiative to lead improvements and support SLA optimization
Deep understanding of internal workflows and operational tools
