About the company: Our client is a leading Japanese trading and investment company. They are seeking an Admin & HR Senior Officer to join their team.
Job Title: Admin & HR Senior Officer
Location: Admiralty
Working Hours: Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM
Salary: 20K-25K/M
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum office administration and general affairs support, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
Handle receptionist duties and assist in organizing meetings, company events, and business travel arrangements
Support IT administration such as equipment procurement, account setup, system access, and vendor liaison
Assist HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, employee engagement activities, and work visa handling
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese management and HR Manager as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and HR support
Native Cantonese with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Japanese is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and general IT knowledge preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel to China when required
