Prepare and present bi-weekly sales meeting reports, including funnel data for review with Heads of Departments
Participate in sales meetings, capture inputs, and update the Sales Funnel to align with forecasted revenue and gross profit
Prepare monthly invoicing forecasts, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure timely follow-up on project milestone invoicing
Manage and resolve Salesforce (SF) and SOMS-related issues, including customer accounts, projects, opportunities, invoice plans, and invoicing milestones, by liaising with relevant stakeholders
Gather and validate internal system requirements (SF & SOMS), coordinate developments, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide monthly updates on deferred project salary costs to ensure accurate accounting
Handle reinvoicing requests and manage sales order (SO) reopen amendments as required
Oversee monthly invoicing processes, ensuring invoices, credit notes, and debit notes are accurately processed and communicated to relevant teams
Oversee monthly revenue reporting, ensuring correct postings and conducting reviews with management
Reconcile funnel numbers against reported figures and investigate variances across sectors, clusters, and technology lines of business
Person Specification
Bachelors Degree and/ or part qualification related to finance filed
Minimum 01-02 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or financial reporting (experience in IT/Technology or related industries is preferred)
Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, invoicing processes, and sales funnel management
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation preparation
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, finance, and operational teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
