Responsibilities

Lead and manage complete project execution for refrigeration system installations in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Oversee design, planning, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure high-quality standards.

Supervise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors while providing strong technical guidance.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful delivery.

Handle large-scale projects such as supermarkets and commercial refrigeration setups.

Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Provide leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with both execution and oversight responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / or related Engineering discipline.

More than 10 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and project management of AC & refrigeration systems.

Strong project management background with proven expertise in both execution and supervision.

Exposure to large-scale supermarket and commercial refrigeration projects, including overseas assignments.

Strong leadership, client-handling, and problem-solving skills, with the willingness to travel and manage projects across Sri Lanka and overseas.
