We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Malta. If you are fluent in German and English, motivated to help people, and ready to build your career abroad, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer requests via chat, email, and phone
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic assistance
Identify and resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate records in the system
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment
Requirements
Fluent German (C1+) and good English (B2+)
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays on rotation)
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Malta
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay
1st month: 5.60/hour
Months 26 (probation): 8.10/hour
After probation: 8.50/hour
Annual bonuses
KPI bonus up to 2,000/year (after probation)
German language bonus: 3,000/year
