Position: Marketing Analyst Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-touch and data-driven attribution models.
Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing mix models.
Design and execute incrementality and experimental tests to measure campaign impact.
Build and manage automated dashboards for real-time marketing performance tracking.
Deliver clear, actionable insights and reports to marketing stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive ROI and budget analysis across multiple marketing channels including digital and offline media.
Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation based on performance data.
Analyze marketing funnel stages and user segments to assess campaign effectiveness.
Measure the impact of creative assets, messaging, and placements on user engagement and conversions.
Conduct post-campaign analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure proper tagging, tracking, and data integrity across marketing platforms.
Work alongside data engineering teams to improve data models and support integration of new marketing technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in English, with strong command in both writing and speaking.
3 - 5+ years experience in data analytics roles supporting marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
Strong understanding of marketing attribution methodologies and digital marketing metrics.
Proficient with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
Hands-on experience with key marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, AppsFlyer, GA4).
Familiarity with offline marketing measurement techniques and geo-based lift analysis.
Solid grasp of marketing performance frameworks, including ROAS, CAC, CLTV, and payback period.
Experience with statistical modeling and experimentation methods such as uplift modeling and A/B testing.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing analytics and tracking tools.
