Responsibilities
Consistently achieve annual revenue targets.
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
Analyze potential sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to recommend product improvements or new solutions.
Collect and analyze sales data and performance reports.
Develop and maintain a professional network to support business growth.
Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and provide best solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term client relationships.
Experience in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with positive customer feedback.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Fast learner, proactive, and passionate about sales.
Willing to work in Karawang
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
