Must have knowledge in security frameworks (CISM preferred).

Hands-on, not just leading teams; in-house corp. IT experience preferred.

Cybersecurity background is a plus.

Must be reachable anytime; expected to report onsite as needed.

No technical exam.

3 levels of interview as well.
