We are now looking for a Senior / Lead Flavorist to join their APAC team, focusing on taste modulation. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science, creativity, and application, driving innovations that shape the future of taste.
Role Highlights:
Lead the creation of customized taste solutions with a focus on flavor-modulating ingredients (FMP) combined with classic flavors.
Drive innovation and customer projects, collaborating closely with global and regional R&D teams.
Supervise and expand the regional flavor ingredients portfolio, staying up to date with internal and external development pipelines.
Partner with application, sensory, analytical, and consumer science teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Strengthen customer relationships by providing technical expertise, product presentations, and support to business units.
Take joint responsibility for developing and advancing the company's Taste Modulation Platform.
What Were Looking For:
A passionate, experienced Flavorist with deep expertise in chemistry, sensory evaluation, and creative flavor design.
Strong track record in flavor creation and knowledge of food/flavor regulations.
Master's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent English communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with initiative and a drive for innovation.
