What You'll Do

Lead feasibility studies and produce smart procurement strategies

Drive cost planning and present key commercial insights

Oversee tendering, procurement, and pre-qualification processes

Manage change control, valuations, and post-contract cost reporting

Provide critical input into value engineering and final account negotiations

Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver best value

About You

510 years Quantity Surveying experience (client or contractor side)

Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying / Construction-related discipline

Ideally RICS qualified (or working towards)

Proven track record across the full project lifecycle

Strong communicator, collaborative, and passionate about making an impact
