We are seeking a Provider Credentialing Specialist with hands-on experience managing credentialing and payer enrollment processes for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment with insurance payers
Prepare, review, and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation
Track application status and follow up with payers to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate provider information in CAQH and payer portals
Monitor credentialing expirations (licenses, certifications, CAQH) and renew as needed
Communicate with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with payer requirements and industry standards
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment
Strong understanding of CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and commercial payer processes
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple provider files at once
Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1/C2 English required)
Familiarity with insurance credentialing requirements across multiple states (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Availability to work full-time during CST, EST, or PT

RAM: Minimum 8GB
Internet: Wired DSL/Fiber, at least 50 Mbps (No LTE connections accepted)
Headset: USB noise-canceling mic (Plantronics Audio 628 recommended)
Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (A4Tech PK-910H recommended)
Monitor: External monitor (17", 19", or 22")

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay:
$5/hr during the first 3 months (probation)
$6/hr after 3 months (top performers earn $800$1000/month)
