Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience

Certifications: NRP, BLS (must be current at time of submission)

Active MA RN License required at time of submission

Previous travel nursing experience required

Flu Vaccine: Required for all new staff starting 9/2 (declinations not accepted). Current staff must be vaccinated by 12/1.

Local candidates not accepted (must be >50 miles from facility)

Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months

Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation) with rotating weekends

Patient Population: Women in active labor, postpartum care, and neonatal stabilization

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care during labor, delivery, and recovery

Administer medications, monitor fetal heart tones, and manage labor progression

Support patients and families through the birthing process

Collaborate with OB physicians, anesthesiologists, and NICU staff as needed

Contract
