A successful Senior HR & Payroll Specialist at DD Ford will take responsibility for employee life at DD Ford Construction, and be an influential part of fostering a company culture consistent with the core values and vision of DD Ford Construction.

Human Resources & Payroll Responsibilities:

Champion a culture of strong employee relationships

Manage and process employee payroll

Optimize, manage, and communicate effective HR Policies & Procedures

Advise and provide accountability for HR compliance & best practices

Manage and communicate employee benefits programs

Advise and facilitate employee performance reviews

Coordinate recruiting and hiring

Facilitate employee communication up and down through the organization

Qualifications:

Proven experience in payroll management

Proven record of relationship building and ability to build team culture

Proficiency in accounting software, payroll and HRIS systems

Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance

Experience with benefits administration and payroll tax compliance

Understanding of financial concepts and general ledger accounting

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Accounting, Human Resources, and/or Payroll

Anticipated Hiring Range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000
