Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Family Solutions is a multidisciplinary behavioral health organization with 22 treatment sites across four states. We provide care through four service lines: outpatient counseling, autism treatment, pediatric therapy, and mental health staffing. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and assist with property management operations. This unique role blends high-level executive support with hands-on operational responsibilities, contributing directly to the success of our mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and track action items, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

Manage logistics for leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.

Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners.

Handle special projects as assigned, often involving cross-department collaboration and strategic initiatives.

Assist with property management operations, including scheduling and showing properties, collecting rents, and maintaining tenant relations.

Support general operational functions to ensure smooth business and property management processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of executive assistant, office management, or comparable administrative experience.

Experience in property management or real estate support strongly preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools; experience with property management software a plus.
