FORMM is looking for a Project Architect to join our team. This position will play a key role in leading project delivery across multiple assignments, from early design through construction administration. We’re seeking a self-motivated architect who excels at coordination, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings clarity and leadership to project teams. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and technically strong, with the ability to guide projects efficiently from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from design through construction administration

Produce and oversee detailed construction documentation and specifications

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and technical accuracy

Integrate Revit workflows, BIM, and visualization tools into design and delivery

Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating professional growth and collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

6–10 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership on built projects

Licensed or actively pursuing licensure preferred

Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (required)

Extensive knowledge of design principles, codes, and standards

Advanced documentation and field observational skills

Advanced architecture detailing expertise

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead junior staff through direct authority and subject matter expertise

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
