Our client, a leading commercial general contractor with a strong portfolio of projects across Ohio, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team in Columbus. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a strong commercial background who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to drive project success.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.

Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background.

Hands-on experience with general contracting and managing multiple stakeholders.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
