We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical capability to oversee both mechanical and electrical aspects of fire-protection projects.
The ideal candidates must be comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans, as the majority of our projects are drawing-based.
Requirements
HND or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
2-5 years of experience in project management (preferably in MEP, construction, or fire safety systems)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with both mechanical and electrical systems
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of project management software is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
Oversee mechanical and electrical project components, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings
Interpret and work with technical drawings and site layouts for fire protection systems.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors or vendors
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain project documentation and update status reports
Support procurement and track material deliveries to the site
Ensure on-site compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Facilitate clear communication with clients and project stakeholders
