Care Home ManagerSudbury£48,000 - £50,000We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility in Sudbury.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, have good turnaround ability and strong CQC understanding.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.- Manage, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional care services.- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management of the care home.- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.- Address and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain care standards.- Lead initiatives to improve service delivery and enhance resident satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- In-depth knowledge of relevant health regulations and compliance standards.- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team.- Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care.- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or management.If you are interested in the above role please send your cv to or call Lily on
