Marketing Analytics & Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and supporting strategic initiatives and projects to help within the Marketing department and beyond. The role will focus on building and maintaining reports, dashboards, surfacing insights, and analyses to inform the marketing team. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.

About the Client

What You’ll Do

Leverage technologies, tools, and data to measure and prove success

Extract and analyze large data sets to deliver meaningful insights

Support analytical deep-dives to understand awareness and Mindshare drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvement

Partner with internal marketing teams (digital, social channels, 3rd party content, education) to surface analytical insights and associated capabilities, prioritize projects based on business impact, and process mapping and improvement

Serve as a resource on standard metrics, methodologies, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization

Sift through large amounts of marketing data and omnichannel marketing interactions to discover insights to help support the ideal marketing mix and customer journey

Implementation - Support the rollout of new analytical reports, including how-to guides and enablement materials post-launch

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a comparable role is a plus

Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau)

Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proven success collaborating with cross-team stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience with advanced database segmentation

Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau

Experience in B2B Saas tech companies

English level

Upper-Intermediate
