Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service and Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and drainage solutions for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.

- Clear and clean drainage systems using various tools and equipment.

- Install and maintain water heaters, water conditioning equipment, and other plumbing appliances.

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a plumbing technician or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and customer service abilities.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or license in plumbing or related field.

- Experience with advanced plumbing and drainage technologies.
