• Reliable, flexible, and eager to be coached
• Must attend and complete mandatory training sessions (up to 2 weeks)
Technical Specifications
• Laptop/Computer:
Windows: 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz or faster
Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur, or M1 processor, 2.0GHz+
• Headset:
Wired USB headset with visible microphone (Bluetooth/wireless not permitted)
• Internet:
Wired LTE router (SIM-based, connected via cable)
Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot not acceptable
Schedule & Pay
• Full-time: 5 working days per week, 8–9 hours per shift
• Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives

• Handle inbound and outbound customer sales calls
• Accurately log details and resolve client inquiries
• Use provided scripts and follow company procedures
