• Entry-level role with full training provided

• Must strictly adhere to training schedule (up to 2 weeks)
Technical Setup Needed
• Laptop/PC:
Windows: 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 (quad-core), 2.0GHz or higher
Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur or M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
• Headset:
Wired USB headset with a visible boom mic (wireless or AirPods not accepted)
• Internet:
Wired LTE router (SIM-based, connected by cable)
Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots are not allowed
Work Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time role: 5 days a week, 8–9 hours daily
• Base pay plus possible performance bonuses
• Two annual company gatherings
Key Duties
• Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls
• Record information and resolve customer concerns
• Follow established scripts and internal policies
• Maintain a distraction-free and professional workspace
