What Youâ ll Do

Job Title: Permanent Assembler

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.

- Perform quality checks on products and parts.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor for resolution.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating components.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time, permanent position.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- May require overtime depending on production needs.
