What will you do as Regional Manager:
Recruits, trains, activates, supervises and motivates Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors
Identifies and implements recruitment activities in his region to support the agency leaders, i.e., Business Opportunity Programs
Conducts training programs to activate the agency force
Participates in the planning, directing and execution of various agency sales & marketing related programs such as annual drives, launchings, and regional assemblies
Conducts regular branch visits and meeting with associates (Maloloas, Pampanga & Cabanatuan)
We are looking for someone who has:
A bachelor's degree (we value diverse educational backgrounds!)
At least 3+ years of experience in Agency Sales Recruitment must be gained from Life Insurance.
Strong Agency Recruitment experience
Sales Management Experience
