RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HRIS COORDINATOR
The HRIS Coordinator will review, verify, and approve all UKG Pro system changes for accuracy
The HRIS Coordinator will assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing and special projects
Provide front desk coverage as needed, including phone reception, call routing, and guest greetings
Handle package acceptance and provide general office support, as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HRIS Coordinator
Must have UKG Pro or multi-HRIS platform experience
Must possess polished verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills (including LOOKUPS) are a significant plus
