Title: Senior Experience Designer (2D)
Location: Woonsocket, RI / Wellesley, MA (Hybrid) - position may travel to local locations, depending on project
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST

Reporting to the Group Manager and collaborating with the Associate Creative Director of Experience Design Practice, the Senior Experience Designer will provide leadership in creative ideation for experience design across diverse projects. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer with demonstrated experience in in-store signage, retail environments, workplace settings, and event design. This position requires a blend of innovative creativity, strategic insight, and technical proficiency to enhance brand presence within dynamic spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in both strategic and creative problem-solving, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of design principles to craft compelling, on-brand concepts that align with business objectives. Exceptional presentation abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Generate impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency
Bring ideas and creative to life across a wide scope of unique projects through innovation and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers, internal business teams and external vendors
Apply deep and demonstrated experience in design for a broad range of deliverables
Successfully use skills and knowledge to create compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on brand, and meet or exceed business objectives.
Present design concepts to internal team for design reviews and approval
Partner with internal and external implementation teams to ensure execution of ideas as planned
Position Qualifications:
5-7 years of professional Graphic Design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in in-store signage, retail, workplace, and event design environments
Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), AI graphic design tools, and Mac OS
An understanding of workplace interior branding and visual identity for events and activations
Strong design storytelling expertise and knowledge of current trends.
Ability to generate impactful ideas that align with brand vision and standards
Proficiency in human-centered design for developing compelling, on-brand concepts
Ability to design within and beyond brand guidelines
Expert-level skill in preparing print-ready files from concept to production
Skills in strategic and creative problem solving to achieve business goals
Ability to interpret briefs and turn them into actionable ideas
Excellent written, verbal, and presentational abilities
Skills in handling multiple projects within fast-paced settings
Knowledge of working for a large, complex organization preferred
Experience in the retail or events industry preferred
A minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
