What You’ll Do
Retrieve data from websites, portals, SFTP, or internal databases.
Verify medical patient eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers.
Complete daily assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Safeguard sensitive data and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Meet daily performance targets (210 points) and record end-of-day activities.
Support the team with other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or office procedures is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a reliable team player.
Willing to work onsite during training, with possible hybrid setup afterward.
