The Opportunity

Join the kitchen team at a historic 16th-century coaching inn with a reputation for excellence. Featured in literary heritage and renowned for its character and charm, the inn has achieved 2 AA Rosettes for its dining and holds a prestigious 4-star rating.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to work within a luxury kitchen environment, delivering beautifully prepared food while developing your skills in one of the UK’s most highly regarded hospitality groups.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver dishes to 2 Rosette standard with consistency and precision

Support the senior chefs in menu development and daily operations

Maintain high standards of presentation, portion control, and stock management

Mentor and guide junior chefs, ensuring smooth daily service

Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven or luxury setting

Passion for seasonal, well-presented food and attention to detail

Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure

A proactive, adaptable approach with a team-focused attitude

Commitment to learning, development, and continuous improvement
