Logistic Specialist

The role contributes to achieving business objectives through effective supply and demand management, inventory level optimization, and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

· Preparing for new launches in coordination with RA department

· Monitor and ensure smooth and on time launches of new product and line extension

· Monitor and ensure appropriate inventory buildup for the product source change/artwork change as well as safety label changes

· Negotiating supply delivery with and consignment stock transaction management

· Supporting demand and inventory process in the country

· Maintaining all finished products within agreed inventory to ensure continuity of supply

· Monitoring shelf life of products

· Submission of monthly consignment stock reports and reconciliation reports

· Ensuring together with QA department that all products are properly equipped for local market

· Order tracking and maintaining of contacts with wholesalers and forwarding agents

· Monitor and ensure Supply Chain Agreement with sourcing plants are in place and up to date

Minimum Requirements:

0-5 years supply chain or finance experience

Inventory management for a local supplier base

Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage

Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams; highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.

Fluent English (written & spoken)
