Partner with the best
Being responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Supporting the GTE Finance team and GTE Controller in driving the controllership framework through controls execution (i.e PMR variances and documentation reviews, revenue recognition controls, BDR, etc.) and maintenance of controllership policies (inventory, revenue recognition, etc.)
Ensuring the alignment of SOX narrative to policy updates
Managing the closing reporting process (DRs, closing deck etc...)
Preparing/Reviewing the account reconciliation of Segment owned account
Supporting internal and external auditors to ensure timely audit execution, and lead/coordinate the resolution of internal audit findings.
Leading/collaborating on the resolution of SOX deficiencies.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have :
Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Finance.
Have good oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Have controllership expertise would be considered as a plus.
