Must have active state license

BC required

Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off

ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS required

Case logs for minimum of 15 central & arterial lines, 5 hemodialysis & 25 intubations in last 2 yrs

Provider needs to be highly comfortable with high acuity patients/procedures

DEA needed
