Monday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule 8am - 5pm flexible 3 or 4 days weekly

20 - 25 patients per day

Outpatient family practice setting

DOT certification required within first 2 weeks

All age groups treated

Advanced medication management and prescription responsibilities
