Join our team as a Nurse Paralegal and play a vital role in supporting a medical malpractice law firm. This unique position is essential to our operations and is ideal for someone with a nursing or medical background who is detail-oriented and comfortable with focused, computer-based work.

As a Nurse Paralegal, you will:

Organize medical records electronically using Kofax, compiling large PDF files with varying numbers of volumes

Prepare medical summaries and assist in finding medical experts

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of sensitive medical information

Support multi-million dollar cases by maintaining comprehensive and well-organized records

What We're Looking For:

Nursing or medical education background (RN not required)

No paralegal experience necessary; focus is on medical expertise

Ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented work and sit at a computer organizing records all day

Comfortable working 100% in-office

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
