We’re looking for a Freight Auditor who is fluent in English and proficient in Japanese (reading and speaking) with a strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers across diverse regions.

What You’ll Do:

Guide logistics service providers in uploading billing statements.

Coordinate with suppliers and plants to resolve billing exceptions.

Support transmission of freight audit results to stakeholders.

Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company processes.

What You Bring to the Team:

Bachelor’s degree in Business & Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accountancy, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in customer operations, transportation, or freight auditing (preferred).

Knowledge of logistics services (import/export, air/ocean freight, ground transport, warehousing).
