Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Role: Territory Sales Officer – B2B (Food Ingredients / Seasonings)
Location: Kerala (Kochi / Calicut / Trivandrum)
Reports To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territory.
Onboard new B2B outlets (hotels, QSRs, bakeries, processors, catering services).
Conduct daily market visits (15–20 productive calls).
Execute sampling & product demonstrations with institutional kitchens.
Ensure distributor sales growth through regular order booking.
Monitor competitor activity and report insights.
Ensure timely collections & payment follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate, preferably with 1–3 years’ FMCG/B2B food sales experience.
Strong field sales execution skills (on-ground coverage, lead generation, distributor push).
Fluency in English + Regional Language:
Kerala: Malayalam (mandatory)
Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
