What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Drains, and more).

• Drive accountability, efficiency, and performance in field and office teams.

• Implement systems, KPIs, and processes to keep growth on track.

• Partner with leadership to deliver 5-star customer service and a “win-win-win” culture.

• Ensure smooth execution from call booking to job completion, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in operations leadership (home services preferred).

• A systems thinker who can streamline processes and drive consistency.

• People-first leader who builds strong teams and leads by example.

• Strong financial and business acumen (KPIs, P&L, budgets, etc.).

• A “get it done” mentality — proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
