Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy in financial processes? We’re seeking a Home-Based Invoicing Admin to support our U.S.-based client in the investment and management firm industry. In this role, you will manage vendor files, handle accounts payable data entry, and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintaining vendor files with proper documentation and records.

Providing reporting and administrative support on an ad-hoc basis.

Matching purchase orders with vendor/supplier invoices.

Coding and data entry of invoices for payments.

Review available A/P receipts and follow up on all discrepancies.

Maintaining A/P spreadsheets and reports every week.

Providing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.

Ad hoc duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Outlook.

Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

Knowledgeable in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, and legislation.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 32,000 – 35,000

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Investment and Management Firm

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
