SQL Database Administrator

Pay Range: $48hr - $53hr

10+ years experience in working in an IT services organization.

At least 8+ years of SQL DBA experience covering implementation, production support and project work.

At least 5+ years of exposure as an L3/SME support role.

Knowledge and Understanding the ITIL process.

In client facing role(s) globally for at least 5 years.

Excellent communication skills.

On call support for at least 5 years.

Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013.

Senior level Microsoft SQL Server DBA with experience in large and critical environments.

Excellent knowledge of performance tuning at both server level and query level.

Candidates must know perfmon, SQL Server dynamic management views.

Knowledge of SQL server internals.

Knowledge of SQL partitioning and compression.

Hands-on experience on mirroring, replication and Always ON.

Must have automation experience. Good knowledge of scripting.

Ability to write T-Sql scripts, PowerShell or Python.

Excellent knowledge of SSIS packages.

Hands-on experience on SQL Server Clustering.

Hands-on experience on Integration Services, Reporting services and Analysis services.

Must have good knowledge in SQL Server permission/security policies.

At least 6 months experience with AWS Cloud RDS.
