Description Specialization: Emergency Medicine Job Summary: EMERGENCY MEDICINE ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) - FULL TIME HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is searching for a Full-Time Experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our practice at Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida.

QUALITY CANDIDATES * Must be Board Certified thru National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) * At least 12 months of current or recent ED or Urgent Care experience preferred INCENTIVES/BENEFITS * Competitive compensation * W2 employed position with medical, dental, vision insurance, and more * No state income tax EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT * 30,000 Emergency Medicine visits per year * 14-bed Emergency Department, including 3 fast-track including 2 dedicated trauma rooms * Multi-million-dollar expansion starting in early spring 2026 adding 11 additional bays, 2 behavioral health safe rooms, dedicated physician workspace * 20% admission rate * 24 hours of physician coverage * 24 hours of APP coverage * Active partnership with sister facility in close proximity for Trauma, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery and Pediatric support/transfers FACILITY INFORMATION * 100-bed acute care hospital * Full range of medical, surgical and emergency services.
