As part of this high-growth journey, the company is seeking a dynamic Turnaround Specialist to lead the operational revival of two key clusters in West Germany.

These clusters represent untapped potential—awaiting a strong leader to unlock performance, drive efficiency, and build a sustainable, high-performing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing operational inefficiencies, leadership gaps, and process challenges across the assigned clusters.

Taking full ownership of the turnaround process, setting a clear direction and execution roadmap for both units.

Leading from the front—engaging directly with frontline teams, implementing change, and inspiring excellence.

Redefining and implementing best practices to boost performance, patient care, and profitability.

Coaching and developing local leadership teams, strengthening capability and accountability.

Collaborating closely with senior leadership to align strategy and execution for lasting impact.

The Ideal Candidate:

Demonstrated success in turnaround, restructuring, or transformation roles within healthcare or related industries.

Background in hospital management, private clinics, healthcare operations consulting, or commercial healthcare leadership.

Ability to deliver fast, measurable improvements while maintaining focus on long-term success.

Strong leadership presence, with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

High-energy, hands-on mindset with a track record of execution under pressure.
