Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor - Renewable Projects – Germany- Freelance

Location: Berlin & Dortmund, Germany

Type: Contract - 6 months extendable

Our client, a market leading Renewable Construction company are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a their projects in Germany. If you’re passionate about safety, quality, and leading Electrical Site works from the ground up — this is your role.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Project Coordination & Site Management: Oversee on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with internal teams, service providers, and the client; participate in regular project meetings and resolve issues as they arise.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, standards, and customer requirements; cooperate with the Site Safety Coordinator (SiGeKo) to maintain health and safety on-site.

Documentation & Client Relations: Prepare commissioning and testing documentation; foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support future project opportunities.

Qualifications & Soft Skills: Degree in electrical/power/mechanical engineering or equivalent training; minimum 5 years of relevant experience; strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability.

German speakers are preferred but not essential as the project language is English.

Candidates with DGUV & VEFK certifications will be prioritised but is also not essential.

Candidates with a strong knowledge of HSE and not afraid to close a site down when standards have not been met will be successful.
