Your Mission:

Consult and support our clients on complex projects focusing on production optimization, logistics processes, and quality management.
Act as a strategic partner in supplier management, driving performance, resilience, and quality improvements within the supply base.
Develop and implement tailored, pragmatic solutions that address specific client challenges, moving beyond standard approaches.
Manage project streams independently, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
Collaborate within a hybrid model, working from your home office, our modern P3 offices, and directly at client sites as required.
Your Profile:
A university degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
4-5 years of professional experience within the automotive industry, gained at an OEM, a tier-1 supplier, or a consultancy.
Proven expertise in a mix of the following areas: production systems, logistics planning, supply chain management, and supplier quality.
A genuine consulting mindset – you are analytical, a creative problem-solver, and enjoy working on diverse challenges.
Exceptional communication skills with native German fluency and professional proficiency in English.
You are a self-starter, comfortable working in a hybrid environment, and willing to travel occasionally to client sites across Europe.

A hybrid work model that offers flexibility and a modern approach to work-life balance.
The opportunity to work on high-impact projects with leading names in the automotive industry.
A culture of expertise, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit where your ideas are valued.
Clear career development paths and continuous learning opportunities.
