For our Engineering Center in Raunheim, near Frankfurt, we are looking for a (Senior) Engineer – Vehicle Drive Quality &Performance

We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual wo will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.

Job Description

Develop vehicle drive quality and performance to satisfy the European customer requirements.

Definition and implementation of EU specific vehicle drive quality and

performance targets.

Run detailed benchmark of competing models and brands in Europe

Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective

Requirements:

You have a Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or comparable background

You have significant (>3 years) experience in a similar position for vehicle drive quality and performance (BEV,PHEV, ICE)

You are able to balance vehicle & system targets to achieve regulatory compliance and a high level of customer acceptance.

You have a good knowledge of PT test, application and simulation tools

You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license

You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment

You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude

You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset

You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)

You are fluent in English

Mandarin skills advantageous
