Senior Project Manager – IC Design

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex ASIC development projects in the consumer electronics space.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage ASIC projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Act as the central contact point for internal teams and external partners, including foundry collaborators.

Monitor progress and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders.

Develop and implement recovery strategies when challenges arise.

Motivate, guide, and support a cross-functional team in a truly international environment.

What we’re looking for:

Strong background in mixed-signal ASIC design and semiconductor processes.

At least 5 years of professional experience in IC development and proven success leading technical project teams.

Enthusiastic, analytical, and assertive team player with a hands-on approach.

Quality-focused working style with excellent stakeholder communication.

Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1).

M.Sc. or Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
