The KÉSZ Group's subsidiary based in Germany and USA, fronTEK, is rapidly growing, hence inviting candidates for the role of Logistics & Procurement Manager.
Approximately 70% of the position will focus on global logistics, covering the entire supply chain from supplier dispatch to delivery at project sites, and the remaining 30% of the work will involve purchasing materials from European-based suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of global logistics for facade materials, including international shipping, customs processes, warehousing, and delivery to project sites
Manage relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure materials arrive on schedule
Track shipments and address any delays or issues that arise in the logistics chain
Maintain necessary documentation for all shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
Handle purchasing activities for façade materials and components from European suppliers
Process requests for quotes, place orders, and manage contracts with suppliers
Keep accurate records of orders, shipments, and supplier information
Qualifications:
Experience in global logistics and purchasing, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors
Understanding of international shipping procedures and the European supplier market
Familiarity with logistics and procurement software, as well as standard office applications
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
High level of proficiency in English is a must, and German is an advantage
