We’re partnering with a leading technology business that continues to grow and innovate. To support this growth, they are looking to add a Senior HR Business Partner to their team in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The Role
As Senior HR BP, you’ll work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver high-impact HR initiatives.
This is a broad and influential role where you’ll:
Act as a trusted partner to senior management, advising on people strategy
Drive and deliver business-critical projects, including Global Mobility
Support organisational development, workforce planning, and talent initiatives
Champion HR best practice while adapting to the needs of a fast-evolving business
About You
Proven experience as a HR Business Partner (5+ Years)
Strong knowledge of HR processes, German labour law, and employee relations
Exposure to Global Mobility or international HR projects is highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
