Key Responsibilities:
Operation handling both Export and Import
1. Carrier Document Handling
Own all solution Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.
Carrier Bill of Lading validation:
Follow-up Shipping Instruction Carrier/NVOCC/FWD, collect, follow readiness, and validate shipping documents – Carrier Bill of Lading with FCR/HBL and System document.
Co-ordinate with Customer Service and System team for FCR/HBL issuance timely and accurately comparing with Carrier Bill of Lading
Ensure Carrier Bill of Lading validation complying with IOP and SOP requirements, while maintaining defined KPIs.
Promptly address required documents revision to avoid disruptions in the documentation workflow and delays in cargo receipt at the destination
Coordinate with internal teams (origins and destinations) and external teams (vendors, carriers, Custormers) to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) per client basis during daily task management or coordinate with related team for process verification and IOPs updated.
Carry out all activities in a manner which will contribute to the achievements of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Proactively follow up, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all activities required for documentation and cargo release are completed on time.
Stakeholders’ performance management (Carriers, FWD, NVOCC, internal parties) to ensure data quality and customer satisfaction; as well as cost control efficiency.
Exhibit flexibility regarding work schedules and assignments. Understanding business criticality and prioritizing the tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all documentation processes comply with IOP, SOPs, customer KPIs, and statutory regulations.
Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Destination, System team, Finance, etc.) and external partners to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records to support audit and compliance requirements.
Ensure clear and proactive communication by consistently joining client conference calls to support smooth operational workflows.
Other Responsibilities:
Resolve daily operational issues and ad-hoc cases, escalating when necessary.
Propose solutions and options to customers; support customers and other teams in resolving issues and handling exceptions.
Take the initiative to improve daily operations in terms of both productivity and work quality.
Act as the focal point for projects, migrations, or new account implementations.
Perform other relevant tasks or projects assigned by leaders.
Be accountability and ownership for respective processes, stakeholders’ performance management, related tools performance management to enhance accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 6 months internship experience in Logistics and Shipping industry or experience in export-import documents (fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered).
Detail oriented, hardworking and have high commitment to the job.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese,..) is a plus.
Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.
Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)
Passion in working with process and customers, with a careful sense.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.
Able to coordinate with team in works and engagement events. Good Team Player, maintaining a “We first” instead of “I first
Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.
