Job Summary:
The client success manager, partnership development will play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships that align with the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives. This position requires an analytical thinker, relationship builder, and purposeful professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of business development, sales capabilities, negotiations, and cross-functional leadership to forge and maintain strategic alliances. The primary goal of this position is to expand the use of Sprayroq, Inc. licensed systems and UMI Coatings, enhancing revenues, profits, and overall customer satisfaction. This position allows the freedom to develop strategies to grow, innovate, and identify new application channels to improve chemical offerings while also providing enrichment opportunities in the polymeric industry, specifically spray-applied linings.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Focused efforts on revenue growth, market expansion, and brand alignment.
Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and joint ventures aligned with business priorities.
Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry leaders, vendors, and strategic collaborators.
Identify, pursue, and secure new customer accounts by leveraging market research, prospecting strategies, and relationship-building to expand the company’s client base and drive revenue growth.
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms with a focus on long-term value and sustainability.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, operations) to execute partnership strategies and ensure alignment across the organization.
Track and measure partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met or exceeded.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and generate new opportunities.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Provide support to the business development team with education and understanding of chemical-physical properties, value proposition of products and services other needs throughout the implementation, support and life cycle of customer experience and ownership.
Assist in training courses for our licensed contractors and customers including the application of materials and the industries we serve.
Help organize product demonstration events both locally and nationally.
Travel as needed to assist licensed contractors or other UMI prospects on projects.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
10+ years of experience in building strategic partnerships, business development, or sales strategy.
Proven record of building and scaling successful strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and executive-level relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities and risks.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and grow.
Industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, manufacturing, coating, industrial, etc. is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
CRM and partnership management software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday).
Familiarity with contracts and tiered pricing models.
Ability to collaborate with executive leadership.
Experience in negotiating and international partnerships
